The Harlow Dress is a tiered dress with pockets. I’ve always wanted to create a style that had shirring but didn’t know how to sew it so when the opportunity came for someone else to do the sewing, I created the Harlow Dress. I also added pockets because who doesn’t love a dress with pockets. It has a roomy fit so it is recommended to size down.
